Refund Policy
Effective date: 28 October 2026
At Spreego Trading SMC Private Limited we want you to be satisfied with every order. This policy explains when you can return products and how refunds work for orders delivered in Pakistan.
Reporting a problem
Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is damaged, defective, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible returns
- Wrong product supplied.
- Product damaged in transit.
- Product with a verified quality or manufacturing defect.
- Product past its expiry date on delivery.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are damaged, defective, expired or incorrectly supplied. Opened or used products and custom or special-order items cannot be returned.
Return conditions
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and returned with all items in the order line where applicable. We may ask you to return the product or may arrange collection.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the terms above still apply.
Refunds
Once a return or cancellation is approved, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. Card refunds are sent back through our payment gateway; the time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank. Cash-on-delivery or bank-transfer payments are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name.
Exchanges
Where possible, we can replace a damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied product instead of issuing a refund.
Delivery charges
The delivery charge (Rs 350 per order) is refunded only if the return is due to our error or a defective product, or if you cancel before dispatch.
Wholesale and contract orders
Bulk or contract orders may follow separate return terms agreed in writing.
