These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.spreego.pk and to every order placed with Spreego Trading SMC Private Limited (“Spreego”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or do anything that could damage or interrupt it.

2. Products

We supply foodstuff and grocery products including rice, spices, masala blends, pulses, cooking oils, flour, salt, pickles, beverages, canned foods and household products. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary. Availability may change without notice.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are per pack unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is confirmed. Quotations for wholesale or custom orders are valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

4. Minimum order

The minimum order is 10 packs of any product. Orders below the minimum quantity cannot be placed or paid for.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, decline or cancel an order — for example because of stock availability, a pricing or listing error, a payment problem, or legal requirements. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the full amount.

6. Payment

Payment must be made in full using one of the payment methods offered at checkout before an order is dispatched, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Card payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner; we do not see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. A delivery charge of Rs 350 per order applies and is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays or other events outside our control. Please check your order on delivery and tell us about any problem as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All website content — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — belongs to Spreego Trading SMC Private Limited or its group companies and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Multan, Pakistan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
